Your tasks:

Support of the nursing service in the professional, human and organizational management of the outpatient care service Takeover of care services in their absence Participation in ensuring quality, customer-oriented and economic performance Support in personnel planning and service and tour planning Support and support of employees in everyday work Participation in the incorporation of new employees and the guidance of trainees and trainees Interns Ensuring proper care documentation and participation in care tags Support in the preparation and monitoring of internal and external quality checks Confidential cooperation with customers, relatives, doctors, cost-beneficiaries and other cooperation partners Active participation and further development of care and care processes at both locations
