For our customers, an established family-owned company in the field of conveyor technology, automation technology, plant engineering and special-purpose machine construction in Wangen im Allgäu, we are looking for a service broker (m/w/d) in full-time for direct switching.

For many years, the company has been developing and manufacturing high-quality conveyor systems, transport systems and automation solutions for customers from the food industry, mechanical engineering and plant engineering. In this varied position you combine technical tasks in the house with service assignments for customers in Germany and occasionally abroad.

Performance of service operations, maintenance and maintenance work for local customers Preparation and organisation of service operations in the company Preventive maintenance measures on conveyor systems and automation systems Analysis of technical questions and development of services Recording and documentation of customer maintenance and repair requirements Consulting customers for services and preventive maintenance Planning and coordination of maintenance and service operations Technical support and support of customers in indoor and outdoor services Close cooperation with design, manufacturing and project management

(m/w/d), mechatronics engineer (m/w/d), mechatronic engineer (m/w/d), design engineer (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or Jungmeister (m/w/d) Good technical understanding in the field of mechanical engineering, conveyor technology or plant engineering Safe reading of technical drawings Basic knowledge of MS Office Structured and independent operation Teamability, sense of responsibility and reliability Customer-oriented appearance and good handling driving licence class B Good knowledge of German at least C1 level
