You as a contact person: You process all data protection-relevant issues and data protection-related content, e.g. you accompany data protection violations and contact information requests. You as a creator: documents relating to data protection issues are created, maintained and reviewed by you. You as an organizer: You organize the contract processing agreements. You as a supporter: You will support and advise the proponents and departments on their obligations under Union and Member States' data protection regulations. You as a consultant: On request, you carry out the consultation in connection with the data protection impact assessment and monitoring pursuant to Article 35. You as a supervisor: you monitor compliance with the regulations (including other data protection provisions of the Union or of the Member States) as well as the strategies of the controller or contractor for the protection of personal data, including the assignment of responsibilities, the sensitisation and training of employees involved and the review of this. You as coordinator: You work with the supervisory authority and are in our house the contact point for the questions related to the processing, including the prior consultation referred to in Article 36, if necessary you advise on all other questions.
