Controlling the development of the necessary interim processes and solutions for the complete end-to-end processes in important project phases (Fit/Gap and Roll-out) of the Transform 360 project in coordination with the Key Usern Implementation and evaluation of risk analyses and initiation of further risk mitigation measures Supporting the cut-over and carve-out activities of interim solutions Participation in continuous process optimization and measurement including process documentation for interim solutions Participation in the design of training content, documents for Interim Solutions Working in Change Management for Interim Solutions
