You create and update risk assessments

You define measures to prevent accidents and implement them

You carry out security instructions

You work with authorities, professional associations and the company doctor

You analyze accidents and take appropriate measures

You build the fire protection concept and develop it further

You accompany organizational exercises and evacuations

You ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations

You introduce environmental management systems and care

You control emissions, waste and energy monitoring

You are responsible for the disposal and handling of hazardous substances

You develop sustainability strategies and implement them

You'll start reports on sustainability and environmental issues

You initiate environmental and energy projects

You sensitize the organization for HSE-relevant topics

You ensure legal compliance

You have a degree or training in the field of security technology, environmental management, engineering or comparable You bring experience in occupational safety, environmental management or HSE/EHS Ideally you have additional qualifications (e.g. specialist for occupational safety, fire protection, environmental management) You know relevant laws, standards and standards (e.g. ISO 14001 / 45001) You work structured, independent and also keeps in mind complex topics You can communicate and inspire others for security & sustainability You are confident about authorities, executives and employees
