These include stationary and outpatient assistance, offers for young people with mental impairments, host families, day care facilities, class assistance and individual educational measures in Germany and abroad. Around 300 employees are involved in several locations with high professional competence for young people and their families. Together with the commercial management, You take over the overall operational and strategic responsibility for the company and shape the future orientation of the carrier in partnership as part of a newly created double tip. You bear the overall responsibility for the pedagogical quality of all services and control the professional development of stationary, outpatient and semi-stationary assistance as well as of day care facilities. You lead the field management of pedagogy to assess and target-oriented, develop the personnel strategy further and focus on specialist safety, personnel development and the qualification of employees. You are responsible for the specialist controlling, develop quality standards and specialist concepts continuously and accompany the implementation of current technical developments, in particular in connection with the inclusive design of child and youth aid. Together with the commercial management, you represent the organization in a sovereign way towards youth offices, regional youth, specialist bodies, networks and cooperation partners, and strengthen the position of the institution in the region through your presence.

You have a successfully completed study of pedagogy, social work or a comparable qualification and bring multi-year leadership experience in a leading pedagogical function or management position. You have well-founded knowledge of child and youth assistance and ideally of integration aid and have extensive experience in managing complex social services. Strategic thinking, entrepreneurship and a strong understanding of quality development as well as human resources management characterize your professional career. You understand how to make changes together with your employees, to live guidance at eye level and to bring together different interests constructively. Communication strength, decision-making pleasure, negotiation skills as well as a safe occurrence towards bodies, authorities and cooperation partners round off your profile. .
