Senior Specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with Deputy Medical Director (m/f/d)

You take supervisions for the various professional groups, supported the assistant physicians (m/w/d) and run a station on their own responsibility. You ensure and ensure that all decisions relating to therapeutic and medical issues are taken with the respective expertise. You are happy to provide the specialist content to our colleagues (m/w/d) in further education as a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy. You will have the pleasure of promoting and supporting the decision-making competence of your employees. In addition, you take over the overall medical responsibility as part of the representation function. You participate in the service system including the bar of background services. You take over the deputy direction of the SIWF training centre for psychiatry and psychotherapy. You take over the co-direction of the outpatient services.

You have the training title specialist psychiatry and psychotherapy. Loyality and constructive handling of errors are your basic values. You have leadership experience or want to develop leadership skills. Work in an interdisciplinary environment will give you pleasure. With your openness and initiative, you inspire the collegial environment. Registration or recognition of the Medical Commission Switzerland (MEBEKO). Very good oral and written German knowledge (min. level C2 or equivalent). You appreciate open and respectful communication.
