Quality Assurance Specialist (m/w/d)

You ensure the implementation of sustainable corrective measures for quality deviations in assembly and manufacturing processes. You support our project teams to improve quality, e.g. by moderating 8D reports. Together with the project teams and departments, you will develop measures to avoid errors. You are a contact person for questions concerning the implementation of quality-safe measures. You work with internal audits. You train the employees on quality topics and create the training documents.

You have completed technical studies or technical training with further training to the state-tested technician or a comparable qualification. You bring first professional experience in quality management or quality assurance. Continuing training is advantageous, but it is more important to us to be prepared for further technical development. You have ideally already gained practical experience in a manufacturing company. You already have first experience with QM tools (e.g. 8D), ERP systems and know relevant QM standards (e.g. ISO9001). You are safe in handling the MS Office applications. You like to work in the team, communicate clearly and bring about enforcement. You are characterized by a reliable and careful operation. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
