Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d)

As a customer service specialist (m/w/x) you are a central interface between customers, sales and internal departments in an international, European environment. You work closely in a European team; around 25 colleagues work at the Bergkirchen site. Together, their customer presence keeps in mind and ensures that orders are handled reliably and efficiently. In a lively working environment, you take responsibility, bring structure into processes and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and sales success with your strong service understanding. Your tasks include: Communication via phone and email Acceptance and day-to-day processing of all orders in the computer system Structure of complex orders for the processing process Tracking the timely delivery and continuous communication with customers in time delays

Completed commercial vocational training Careful, structured and efficient operation in the processing of orders High service and customer orientation Loadable, team-ready and communication-strong Very good German knowledge and good English skills You are a careful, service-oriented person who likes to take over administrative tasks where the computer is your most important tool and you can easily connect international contacts. You work responsibly, quickly find suitable solutions and feel comfortable both in independent work and in the team. You see challenges as something you're active.
