Be part of the energy transition! Together we develop the SPACE platform for E.ON. SPACE standardizes and digitizes complex processes in the field of energy measurement and customer support for millions of customers. As a Platform Operations Manager, you are a central contact point and interface between technical requirements, project management and financial controlling for our customer platform SPACE, which supports essential business processes in yards and customer service - from data collection to billing. A task that challenges budget & cost planning: You are responsible for creating and monitoring budgets as well as cost planning (including forecasts) for the IT platform and related services. Cost Controlling & Optimization: You analyze IT service billing, identify and realize savings potentials (e.g. via FinOps, Apptio) and ensure cost allocation that is appropriate for the cause. Platform development & project coordination: You drive the planning cycles of our IT platform, secure and coordinate transparency (partial) projects as well as special topics (migration, IT security, cloud solutions, infrastructure). Requirement management & decision bases: You take up requirements of stakeholders, plead the Jira Board and develop concepts, analyses and presentations as a decision-making template for the Product Owner. Communication & documentation: You represent Product Owner in meetings with stakeholders and vendors, provide central documentation and communication tools (e.g. Confluence, Roadmaps, Product Visions). Process optimization & operational excellence: You promote continuous improvement processes (KVP), support application and service-responsive organization (CMDB, LeanIX) and develop meeting structures.

A background that convinces Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or Comparative Qualification Multiannual experience in project management, ideally in IT-related projects (software and hardware components) Number affinity and experience in controlling, business case creation and budget planning and monitoring Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (e.g. cloud, networks, distributed systems) and service management processes (e.g. ITIL) Experience in controlling service providers/Vendors, incl. license management Knowledge of E.ON-specific tools of advantage: Apptio, LeanIX, CMDB/ServiceNow, Jira, Sigma Safe handling of agile methods and willingness to live an agile mindset in the team Very good knowledge of German and English
