Site Manager - SHK / Construction Management / Coordination (m/f/d)

You take over the independent construction management for our SHK projects in new and existing construction and are the first:r contact person:in the construction site. You control the entire construction site sequence, coordinate your Monteur teams and start detailed deployment and appointment planning. You are the central interface for all project participants and agree closely with customers, architects and suppliers and other structures. You are responsible for the material disposition and ensure the high quality, schedule and work safety by regular checks. You document the progress of construction carefully and support the creation of scales and the final project billing.

You have a completed training in the SHK craft, for example as a plant mechanic:in. Ideally, you bring a training to the master or technician in the SHK area. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the SHK industry, and you are already with first responsibility for construction sites or projects. With your organizational talent and your structured work, you can also keep track of complex projects and make appointments. You communicate safely and customer-oriented with all project participants – from your own team to architects and suppliers. A class B driver's license as well as a reliable knowledge of German will complete your profile.
