PR & Corporate Communications Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for our international corporate communication in Europe. You work closely with management and marketing management and provide clear, consistent and professional communication to the outside and inside. You combine strategic thinking with operational implementation strength. PR Strategy & Corporate Communications You implement the international PR and corporate communication strategy and continuously develop it. You work closely with marketing, management and specialist departments at central corporate and brand messages. You ensure uniform communication across all European markets and take into account regional peculiarities. You develop PR guidelines, processes and quality standards for external and internal communication. External PR & Media Work You take the operational responsibility for international press work. You coordinate regional marketing teams as well as external PR agencies and service providers. You are the central contact person for the European specialist and economic press. You plan and tax PR action plans, press activities and campaigns as part of the brand strategy. You first, check and publish press releases and coordinate interviews, press requests and press appointments. You represent our company at trade fairs, events and industry events. You build a structured press mirror, analyze media resonance and keep track of relevant information internally. Content, Storytelling & Thought Leadership You develop relevant thought leadership topics for the long-term positioning of the brand. You identify storylines and develop content ideas for PR, corporate communications and marketing. You create and develop press, blog and communication content independently or together with agencies. You are interlinking PR and content actions with marketing campaigns to increase range, visibility and effect. Internal communication & crisis communication You are responsible for internal communication across national and social boundaries. You communicatively support the management in growth, change and integration phases. You control a professional crisis communication internally and externally.

Professional experience & background You have at least five years of professional experience in PR, corporate communications or corporate communications. You have worked in an international environment or want to consistently align your PR work internationally. You are experienced in dealing with management, management and internal stakeholders. You have built up or developed PR and communication structures, processes or guidelines, ideally internationally. Qualification You have extensive experience in operating media work, from press releases to editorial planning to interviews and press appointments. You have experience in controlling external PR agencies and service providers. You are strong in storytelling, theme development and thought leadership. You have a very good sense of language and form clear, precise and targeted. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Working methods and personality You work independently, structured and take responsibility for your topics. You also keep track of parallel projects, deadlines and international votes. You think strategically and implement topics pragmatically. You like to work internationally and can integrate different markets and perspectives.
