You are responsible for determining the requirements and for the respective construction site You support the calculation for the respective project You are responsible for project planning, project controlling and project schedules You carry out the audit-proof performance accounting of external contractors and take over the construction oversight activities during assembly, testing and maintenance work as well as commissioning primarily in the case of gas/house connection renewals by swb/wesernetz Personal und Fremdfirmen For internal colleagues (m/w/d) as well as the external low-farmers or for our customers, you are the specialist contact person on the construction site in the network of wesernetz Bremen GmbH You organize the personnel and material requirements and equipment to enable the construction site to be handled on time You are responsible for the registration and installation of construction sites as well as the execution of traffic safety in the Wesernetz Bremen network and for customers You inform and attend the customers about planned work and appointments

You have a completed technical training and further qualification as an industrial master (m/w/d) or comparable Ideally, you bring multi-year experience in the execution, renewal or restart of gas/house connections with You have several years of experience as a construction manager You have a class B licence (optimal would be C1/C1E or C/CE) The willingness to support in the call readiness service Good handling of customers and authorities and flexibility in terms of time and location
