Payroll & People Operations Manager (Junior) (m/f/d)

Contact person: You are central:r Contact person:for our laboratory management in all personal questions of a defined group of employees Payment: You prepare the monthly payroll in our personal software Personio and secure a correct data base Payroll control: You coordinate our external billing service provider (ADP), check the invoices created carefully and ensure a smooth process Data management: You collect and maintain personal master files and control the time management accounts in Personio Reporting: You take the reporting and certification as well as the correspondence with sickness funds, financial offices and authorities Staff administration: You represent on holiday and illness in the creation of employment contracts and additional agreements Digitization: You actively participate in the further development and digitization of our HR projects

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Joy of digitalization and change in the company Ideally professional experience in personal care and possibly Billing Advantages are knowledge of tax, social security and labour law Engaged and communication-strong personality, desire to work in the team and hands-on mentality Ideally first experiences with Personio as personal software Commitment to the topics of optimisation and further development of existing personnel processes
