You are the first point of contact for our customers: in close consultation with the sales team, you will process your inquiries and create tailor-made insurance offers. You carefully care and update all customer and contract data in our system and ensure high data quality for the entire team. You coordinate the appointments of the sales team, prepare meetings and keep an overview of important deadlines and reimaginations. You take the independent correspondence with customers and insurance companies and support the administrative handling of contracts. You are actively introducing your ideas to optimize our internal processes and team up for a smooth everyday office.

You have a completed training in the insurance or financial sector or a comparable qualification within the insurance and financial sector You bring at least. 2 years of professional experience in the insurance world with You are service-oriented, friendly and happy to work in the team You know well with MS Office You shine with your organizational talent, your reliability and your good mood You bring fluent knowledge of German in word and writing (C1)
