Guidance, motivation and further development of employees in the associated production area in 3-shift operation Ensuring stable and efficient production processes while maintaining quality, time and cost targets Planning and control of capacities, personnel use and holiday and shift models Monitoring and continuous optimization of the production program in terms of output, efficiency and cost-effectiveness Initiating and driving continuous improvement measures (KVP, Lean Management) Ensuring compliance with work safety, environmental and quality standards

(m/w/d), engineer (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the production environment, ideally in metal processing (welding, cutting) First or well-founded management experience in the shift operation of an industrial company Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working methods as well as pronounced communication and team skills Hands-on mentality and joy of decision also in challenging situations Safe occurrence, enforcement and high responsibility Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP Very good German knowledge, English knowledge desirable
