These are your colleagues We are a small, playful team and want to strengthen ourselves legally. If internal legal advice is fun, you like to work closely with specialist departments and you want to actively shape contracts – then you are right with us.

You develop contract patterns as part of the introduction of new products and continuously develop existing templates based on current legal developments You create and audit contracts of a wide variety of types – in particular lease, lease and lease purchase contracts, as well as service contracts You accompany and shape contract negotiations with customers and partners (e.g. specialist dealers, cooperation partners, refinancing banks or insurance companies) You advise the management and our departments on legal issues, in particular in company law You create legal assessments and develop practical solutions, for example for processes and procedures You coordinate external lawyers in litigation and prepare all relevant documents

You have successfully completed your studies in law with both legal state sexamina (ideally satisfactory or higher) You bring at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the business environment You have profound knowledge of civil and economic law. Knowledge of enforcement and insolvency law is advantageous.
