Creating and controlling freight documents in national and international traffic, taking into account the legal regulations Collection, processing and verification of all consignment data General preparatory activities for disposition such as avisation, data transmission and the creation of transport documents Pre- and downstream administrative activities for loading and unloading of vehicles Important interface between the camp and the driving personnel as well as coordination of the discharge/discharging including monitoring of the departure times

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics services Insufficient professional experience in comparable role Experience in handling prediction software and popular MS Office programs Structured, reliable and well-organized work Communication skills and fun working in the team Good knowledge of German in word and writing
