Taking a leading role in all project phases to implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and the Payroll Control Center (PCC) Advising our customers to switch from the classic SAP HCM to the SAP-SF Cloud solutions as well as showing roadmaps Development of project plans and time estimates Advising various departments regarding the feasibility of requirements, best practices, solution architecture & process re-designs Implementation of requirements by configurations in SAP SF and SAP HCM Support in pre-sales in offering preparation, processing of complex customer requests and implementation of system demonstrations Active support in the further development of our Payroll portfolio
Completed training / completed studies and relevant professional experience in the field of IT End-to-end project experiences in the SAP Payroll context Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors ECP/PCC Processes and Best Practices Extensive and deep product knowledge in Employee Central ECP/PCC incl. Ability to independent configuration Valid SF-ECP/PCC certification High customer orientation with strong quality awareness and strong own initiative Excellent communication and moderation capabilities as well as high level of professionalism in dealing with customers and team members Flowing German and English skills Willingness to project-related travel activities
