Accounting & Accounting Detection and booking of vehicle invoices and invoices of sold vehicles Installation and maintenance of debitors, including mandate verification and preparation of permanent accounts Examination, processing and booking of input invoices including preparation and execution of the payroll Support for monthly closing work Administration and establishment of direct debits and balance of stock lists and stock changes Creation of reminders, processing of reloads and participation in receivable management Operations & Backoffice Support in the performance of vehicle exchanges (e.g. leasing market) Creation of offers and processing of contracts in the Auto Abo business segment Own support of our customers over the entire contractual term by e-mail and by telephone Acquisition of general back-office activities and diverse commercial administrative tasks Car park management Participation in fleet management for our parent company AVAG Holding SE Contact person (m/w/d) Organisation and settlement of vehicles Collection and documentation of damage Close coordination with the personnel department, in particular for preparing billing

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Ideally multi-year professional experience in a comparable commercial position Good knowledge of current MS Office applications, especially Excel You like to work with numbers and convince by a careful, structured and reliable way of working You are characterized by their own initiative, willingness to learn and a hand-on mentality You communicate safely, service-oriented and meet friendly as well as professional Teamability, flexibility and sense of responsibility complete your profile
