They assume a controlling and coordinating role in the field of IT networks and process data coupling and act as a central contact person for the organisation of the operational operation of all the services provided in this area. They work closely with the service owners of the Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) team and are actively involved in various processes and processes. They design the life cycle of IT services – from commissioning to ongoing operation to continuous development of systems and infrastructure. They act at the central interface between internal stakeholders and external service providers and are responsible for coordinating business topics, budget and resource planning, contract design in cooperation with other departments and ensuring agreed service levels with internal administrators. You perform your tasks in compliance with applicable compliance and IT security requirements (in particular ISO 27001) and ensure IT services according to ITIL standards.

They have a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience, e.g. as an IT businessman with corresponding professional experience They ideally bring multi-year experience in IT service management and have sound ITIL skills You have practical experience in managing IT infrastructures and relevant technologies They are happy to work in new topics and structures and show a high willingness to engage flexibly on different IT platforms and future developments You act independently and solution-oriented without losing sight of the needs of your stakeholders and your team They communicate clearly and convincingly – safe to negotiate in German and safe in English in word and writing
