Managing risks in the supply chain: Supply chain risk management including monitoring of critical raw materials, capacities, transport routes and market trends Coordination and ensuring compliance with relevant ESG standards, audit requirements and EU regulators in purchasing Examination of sustainability documents, certificates and audit results Development and development of ESG-KPIs, reporting structures and processes and systems Strategic responsibility for the product groups Lacke & Chemie: Development and implementation of product group and supplier strategies Market, cost, price and competition analyses and risk management Supplier management incl. evaluation, auditing and ensuring correct contract conclusion Support for supply chain management: strategic purchasing projects and preparation of decision bases for management
