Location: Frankfurt Reference number: 2025-1766 Working time: Full time (unlimited)

Creation of professional and competitive offers for complex data center projects in the field of technical building equipment / construction works Monitoring, tracking and evaluation of the offer phase to ensure project success Support of project leaders in ongoing monitoring of project costs and budgets Illustration of the costing processes in a corresponding software solution and participation in the optimization and further development of processes Presentation of offers to internal project participants and external customers Cooperation with purchasing for supplier requests, negotiations and procurement

Complete technical studies, preferably in civil engineering, electrical engineering or comparable technical training with further qualification as technician or master Multiannual experience in the field of costing and supply management in construction Secure handling of current costing tool (e.g. RIB iTWO, PDS or Salesforce) Extensive numerical affinity and understanding of costing components (materials, labour, market factors) Minimum German Level B2 and Driving Class B
