Senior Consultant Data Governance /Fokus Collibra) (m/f/d)

Do you want to design data governance not only, but also to anchor in organizations sustainably? In this role, you combine technical depth, strategic thinking and technical implementation – and actively contribute data governance solutions to leading companies. As a senior consultant, you take responsibility for demanding Collibra projects and develop your professional lead for Data Governance & Collibra. You advise Enterprise customers on future-oriented data governance strategies from strategic vision to operational implementation. You design and manage data governance and operating models (e.g. roles, responsibilities, domains, processes). You design, implement and optimise the Collibra Data Governance Platform (Data Catalog, Asset Models, Workflows, Communities, Responsibilities). You analyze existing data and organization structures and develop viable recommendations – also for Greenfield approaches. You translate technical requirements into precise technical, clear, manageable and consistent Collibra configurations. You moderate workshops with Data Owners, departments and relevant stakeholders - at eye level and with structure. You ensure quality, consistency and sustainability in projects and actively support best practices and standards.

Multiannual experience in consulting or project environment, ideally in enterprise organizations Found practical experience with the Collibra Data Governance Platform (including Data Catalog, Governance Models, Workflows) Very good understanding of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Lineage and MDM Experience with modern data platforms (Cloud, DWH, Data Lake, Lakehouse) Knowledge of data mesh or domain-oriented governance models High communication and moderation strength in dealing with different stakeholders as well as the ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner Sovereign appearance, enforcement and team spirit Enforcement, paired with a diplomatic, sovereign occurrence Very good knowledge of German and English (safe for negotiation) Travel readiness of about three days per month and presence in the Frankfurt office on two days per week.
