We are looking for a project manager*in (m/w/d) focus on building construction at the Essen site as soon as possible. Planning, execution and management of construction projects over all performance phases of HOAI Construction planning and construction project management Object monitoring and control of internal/external trades Monitoring of approval procedures and tenders Project controlling for costs, quality and deadlines
Completed university degree (Master/Diplom) of the Department of Architecture, Civil Engineerin or Comparative Qualification with Multiannual Professional Experience, e.g. as Project Managerin Experience in project management and the planning/ implementation of construction projects according to HOAI with the focus on object monitoring and contractor representation Knowledge of building legislation (HOAI,VOB) Excellent communication skills, decision-making and team skills and a hand-on mentality
