Your duties Responsibility for the preservation and operation of the real estate landscape of the Campus Mensch Monitoring and organisation of all campus human property activities, including maintenance, energy management and construction activities Development and implementation of standards, guidelines and procedures for real estate management Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and regulations relating to the management of facilities Management of service contracts with external suppliers, architects and construction managers and monitoring their performance Budget planning and control Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the quality of services Leadership, motivation and development of the team

That draws you Funded training in the field of real estate, construction or building technology, ideally complemented by a relevant additional qualification. A completed study in the field of facility management, engineering or a comparable qualification is desirable, but not absolutely necessary.
