Your working time as project manager

• 39 hours per week

Your tasks as project management

• Active care of topics in quality management and occupational safety
• Project coordination for start-ups of key accounts and reorganisation of selected objects and projects
• Instruction and training of employees taking into account health and safety regulations
• Planning, preparation and support of certification and customer audits
• Quality assurance of workflows within maintenance, glass and special cleaning
• Customer support and performance of object and quality controls and their documentation
• Checking compliance with legal requirements
• Creation and updating of relevant documents such as risk assessments and procedural instructions
• Verification of resources

Your profile

• Complete vocational training in building cleaning or housekeeping
• Multiannual professional experience in building cleaning desirable
• training for the safety officer of advantage, not necessarily necessary
• Reliability and application flexibility as well as a pronounced service orientation
• Excellent quality awareness
• Class B/3 licence
• Good handling of MS-Office
