For ProMinent Deutschland GmbH we are looking for a service technician (m/w/d) for South Germany.

Service operations: You take care of maintenance, repairs and commissioning to our customers. Error diagnosis and problem solution: They perform function tests and fault diagnosis and create suggestions for problem solving in coordination with the customer. Documentation: You create digital customer service reports on your iPad: Logs of settings, create / supplement the technical documentation as well as acceptance and transfer protocols. Application preparation and material management: You prepare your customer service assignments independently and maintain the material inventory in your service vehicle in accordance with the internal service. Customer training: They train our customers in the operation of our systems. Customer support: They are regional and technical contacts of our customers in coordination with the internal service. Field of application: They are in use in the large area of South Germany.

Academic background: They have a successfully completed training or master/technical training in the field of electrical engineering or have a comparable training, such as mechatronics, a specialist in water supply technology. Professional experience: You have experience in plant assembly and/or mechanical engineering. Specialized know-how: Experiences in dosing, water treatment, or water disinfection technology are advantageous, but no prerequisite - we make you a specialist in any case. Personal strengths: They work independently, are committed and flexible. Driving licence: You have a class B licence.
