Leadership, development and development of the international application support team with a focus on the SAP ERP environment

Ensuring efficient, group-wide user support

Optimization of support processes in close cooperation with the departments as well as internal and external IT specialist teams

Responsibility for Quality Assurance and Knowledge Management in Support

Active participation in the organizational development of IT within the group of companies

Complete study of economic informatics, business management or comparable training with relevant professional experience

Knowledge of SAP ERP systems, ITSM processes and methods of project and process management

Ideally leadership experience in international teams

Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence are beneficial

Excellent communication strength as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
