We are looking for 01.08.2026 for our Department of Medical and Initiated Services, Department of Cross-Sector Quality Assurance and Transparency, in the Center of Berlin for 30 hours/week, limited until 31.10.2027, one/‐n Consultant (m/d) Cross-sector quality assurance As a leading public institution, the Federal Insurance Association (KBV) ensures that the approximately 75 million statutory health insurers receive the same high-quality medical care throughout Germany.

You represent KBV in the bodies of the Joint Federal Committee and are involved in the preparation and development of guidelines for cross-sector quality assurance. You work with the Institute for Quality and Transparency in Health (IQTIG) and accompany the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures You organise communication and actively shape the flow of information between medical associations, professional associations, institutes and health care institutions You support and advise the Kassenarzt Associations on quality assurance issues and participate in working groups of KBV and other healthcare institutions You independently analyse and develop technical concepts for the presentation of quality of care and quality promotion instruments for contract medical care

Completed (special)higher education in the field of psychology, natural sciences or health sciences and a comparable discipline Additional qualifications in public health and/or evidence-based medicine, epidemiology or health economy are advantageous Ideally (first) professional experience in healthcare Good methodological and conceptual skills (e.g. evidence-based medicine, statistics) Very good negotiating and communication skills in word and writing, structured and responsible work, high social competence and team capacity German language skills on C1 level (GER) and good English skills
