Number: MER0003VSP We are looking for a dedicated personality that strengthens our team in the field of user experience design as part of their final work (Bachelor/Master). Be part of a global strategy project for innovative, digital in-car services and actively shape the future of mobility. The topic of your final work can be flexible and is in close coordination with your university, you and us. These challenges come to you: Conduct comprehensive user research and analysis, including benchmarking and market research, to understand the needs, behaviors and motivations of our users Create User Flows and Customer Journey Maps to map the user interaction paths in detail and identify optimization potentials Design and conduct customer studies in the field of digital services in the vehicle to gain deep insights Develop innovative UX concepts and strategies for digital products and services that provide outstanding user experience Create Wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test ideas at an early stage Take part Projects for the New Conception or Development of Existing UX Solutions Plane, perform and evaluate usability tests to validate and continuously improve the usability of our concepts Support the evaluation of UX solutions after their implementation Present and regularly discuss design solutions and research results within the team and with stakeholders Work closely with interdisciplinary teams from development, product management and other disciplines Accompany the team during the preparation and follow-up of (management) meetings and workshops

You are studying in the field of design, human-computer interaction, psychology, computer science, media design, innovation management or a comparable course of study with strong UX focus You have well-founded knowledge in the user experience design and first practical experience in creating user flows, Wireframes and prototypes Confidence with popular UX design tools (e.g. Figma, Axure RP, Miro, Sketch, Adobe XD) is advantageous You have a strong sense of user-friendliness, intuitive interaction and the ability to prepare complex facts centered on the user Experience in handling Atlassian software such as JIRA and Confluence is advantageous Interest and experience in the field of digital services and business models (e.g. e-marketplace / platforms / apps, data business, software development) are desirable You are safe in handling MS-Office You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing Your own initiative, team skills and strong communication skills are the key
