Business Continuity Manager / BCM and Crisis Manager Blood Transfusion Service (m/f/d)

You design, establish and document a business-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) for our facilities and locations classified as critical infrastructure You develop action and emergency plans according to current regulatory requirements (e.g. KRITIS/BSI requirements, ISO /BCM standards) and regularly adapt them to Together with the areas of risk and threat analysis as well as business impact analyses, identify critical processes and manage suitable strategies and restart concepts You plan, organize and moderate BCM exercises, emergency trainings and scenarios, evaluate them and transfer the results into concrete improvement measures You sensitize executives and employees for business continuity and work together to build a sustainable BCM organization You report directly to the management, create overviews and reports on BCM maturity and work closely with areas such as IT, medicine, logistics and work security.

completed university studies, e.g. in medicine, business management, (economic) informatics, safety or risk management, health management or a comparable discipline; relevant additional qualifications in the area of BCM, crises or emergency management are advantageous Multiannual experience in crisis, emergency or business continuity management in a larger organization, preferably in healthcare, in a KRITIS operator or in a comparable regulated environment Very good understanding of company-wide processes and dependencies, analytical and conceptual strength as well as experience in controlling interdisciplinary projects Confidence with relevant standards and legal frameworks (e.g. BSI standards, KRITIS regulations, ISO 22301) is desirable High self-responsibility, structured and independent functioning, safe occurrence and pronounced communication and moderation competence at all hierarchical levels
