Cutting machine operator milling technology / mechanical engineering (m/f/d)

Our customer is one of the world's leading companies in power plant and turbine engineering. At the Mülheim site on the Ruhr, state-of-the-art steam turbines and large components are produced, which are used worldwide in power plants. We are now looking for you as a cutting mechanic (m/w/d) milling technology to strengthen rotor production. You operate and monitor CNC milling machines and drills in rotor production. You automatically adjust the machines and take over the clamping and changing of workpieces and tools. You process workpieces according to technical drawings and manufacturing specifications and perform adjustments to the CNC programs as required. You control the manufactured components with suitable measuring and testing means and ensure compliance with the specified quality standards. You document the measurement results and production data in the corresponding reports and test protocols. You ensure quality and time-to-time production of the components according to the specified specifications.

You have a completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) field of milling technology, CNC milling (m/w/d), precision mechanics (m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification and bring several years of professional experience in machining. Ideally, you have experience in the operation of large machines, CNC milling machines or drilling machines and are familiar with the machining of large workpieces. a valid crane certificate is required; a stacker certificate is advantageous. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing, work reliably and quality consciously. The willingness to work in the 3-layer system completes your profile.

You will receive an employment contract with an over-tariff salary and industry supplements according to IG-Metal/Electrical Agreement.
