Technical Employee Facility Management (m/f/d)

Maintenance & Building Management: You support the planning, organisation and monitoring of maintenance and renewal measures at our buildings. Procurement & order management: You collect performance volumes, collect offers, first set price levels and participate in orders, yields and order assignments. Coordination & documentation: You accompany the implementation of structural maintenance work, manage maintenance and testing protocols and ensure reliable master data and order management. Communication & Collaboration: You organize meetings and appointments, document project meetings and regularly coordinate with the clinic management, clinic staff and external service providers and after-contractors. Cost & Reporting: You check invoices, collect costs in the CAFM system and support in creating cost reports, project reporting and budget control. Special tasks & projects: You carry out special tasks on your own and support the Technical Manager as well as the Management of various topics related to Facility Management.

You have completed technical, commercial or comparable training, preferably with regard to building technology, facility management or construction. Ideally, you already have professional experience in technical facility management, building management, maintenance or a comparable environment. You combine technical understanding with organizational talent and a good sense of commercial relationships. When handling MS Office, you are safe and ready to work in CAFM as well as other technical and commercial systems. A structured, independent and reliable way of working distinguishes you. You can communicate and work with colleagues, clinic staff and external service providers.
