Team Leader Driving Service and Dispatch City Transport Fulda (m/f/d)

At the Fulda site, you are responsible for the service and operational planning of a modern transport company with around 120 passengers and function as an interface to our control center and management You run the disposition in the city bus traffic Fulda and our ÖPNV customer center with a total of 6 employees Together with your team and using modern software systems, you control and coordinate operational management for around 80 buses You take over the selection and recruitment of employees in the driving service and the training of professional drivers In close cooperation with the operating management, you will design the further expansion of our traffic control centre and the associated operating processes In coordination with the management and our OPNV task carriers, you will be able to manage your operations smoothly, especially in road construction and major events. You and your team ensure service-oriented sales and customer management

You have a commercial or technical training with a focus on transport/logistics or comparable training You have several years of professional experience in the administration or disposition of a transport or Logistics company You convince with strong leadership skills and communication and organizational strength You can safely master MS Office programs and ideally have knowledge of the industry-standard software “IVU” You have well-founded knowledge of traffic management processes in passenger transport and logistics Ideally, you have the certificate of professional qualifications “Travel Manager Passenger Transport/Guage Transport” as well as the license class D/DE or are willing to acquire these qualifications.
