CNC machine operator (m/w/d)

to support our production of diamond tools

We are an internationally operating company and have been among the leading manufacturers of diamond tools for the cutting industry for over 100 years. Our products are used in many different industries. Do you want to know what tools aluminium rims, electric motors, wind turbines or the Elbphilharmonie were made? Then you are right with us! Your tasks with us:

• They operate our state-of-the-art CNC-Eroding machines for producing precise diamond tools.
• Use a parameter-based control to program the machines independently.
• They keep an eye on the manufacturing process and continuously optimize it.
• Quality stands for you first – you check and ensure the dimensional accuracy of your manufactured parts.
• Smaller maintenance and maintenance will lead you routiniert itself.
• Worked in the regulated 2-shift system (spring and late) from Monday to Friday.

It's ideal to bring:

• Completed design as a toolmaker or
• Alternatively, you have several years of experience in the metal processing sector.
• Good knowledge of the programming of CNC machines
• Consultative handling of manufacturing aids such as digital microscopes
• High quality awareness and technical expertise
• A strong sense of quality, self-initiative and a reliable way of working.
