New trends in stationary and outpatient surgery are on track at any time and, thanks to comprehensive analyses, know exactly what our international customers expect from our products. Your extensive market knowledge prepares you for planning and development projects and brings your know-how to development projects in the field of research & development, production and procurement – thus supporting global marketing and portfolio management. You know, a product that best meets customer needs is of great importance – and let your experience flow into ideas for designing our products. In close cooperation with portfolio management and specialist departments, you also act as a contact person in application questions. Whether opinion leaders or key customers, you understand how to build, maintain and successfully shape contacts. For example, you can use your network of national OP specialists in the group environment for a continuous exchange of knowledge. Last but not least, watch the competition from the user's point of view, visit national and international trade fairs and carry out product and user training in Germany and abroad – if necessary also on English.

Completed surgical training, at best supplemented by additional training Multiannual relevant professional practice in surgery (all surgery, orthopaedics, gynecology, urology), ideally in a management function Industrial experience (e.g. in the field service) of advantage Knowledge of project management and presentation, moderation and guidance of meetings English in Word and Writing Organisational and communication strength, team capacity, creativity and structured thinking and work International readiness
