Your tasks
- Plastic injection moulding machines
- Set up the removal devices (3-6 axles) / optimize travel paths for deviations
- Optimize machine settings
- Testing the manufactured parts and granting the production release
- troubleshooting and removal of the machines
- Optimize process parameters for quality deviation
- Documentation of setup times, faults and disturbances
- Conducting the preventive maintenance work on the machines
