Professional leadership of the team Environmental Simulation Creation of cost calculations in coordination with sales and project managers Superior responsibility for the execution of the projects according to the project schedule and within the business guidelines Representation of the team in coordination rounds with the entire development area Optimization of team-internal processes and structures Support in the strategic orientation of the team, resource building and further development of employees

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle bar or comparable Multiannual professional experience and first leadership experience in the searched field desirable Knowledge of climate chamber and shaker trials Business understanding of key figures German, and good English knowledge in word and writing High coordination and communication strength and pronounced loadability Unlimited readiness to travel
