Analyse production: You carry out analyses, evaluate processes and define requirements for suitable production software. Strategic advice: You accompany customers when using PIMS, LIMS, SCADA or MES and ensure smooth integration. Workshops moderate: You guide customer workshops and present results clearly and convincingly, even before management. Leading projects: You take responsibility for projects and win stakeholders with clear goals. Support Sales: You strengthen our sales team with professional input and launch new projects. Regulatory Compliance You work closely with our quality and regulatory experts to ensure compliance with standards such as MDR, GxP, FDA CFR21 and ISO13485.

Education: You have a completed study or training in computer science, engineering or a related field. Professional experience: You have at least five years of practice in consulting, developing or implementing production software, ideally in the field of life sciences. Technical knowledge: You know automation levels, product life cycles and standards such as OPC-UA or GAMP5. Communication: You moderate workshops and present complex content in a comprehensible manner at all levels. You are experienced in managing projects and thus securing the project success. Requirement management: You accurately record production requirements and connect them with sound process understanding. Terms such as production planning and control or lean production are not foreign words for you. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language skills: Very good German knowledge and good English skills complete your profile.
