Our location is located in the so-called "Eißendorfer Schweiz" in a quiet, forested location in the immediate vicinity of a day-care facility. Here we have a good infrastructure with a variety of social services. At the same time, our premises have their own small outdoor area and plenty of space for individual retreat. Your duties

• They carry out assistance planning and organise staff-centric, social-spatial assistance services for people with disabilities.
• They provide assistance in internal and external activities, e.g. support in the household, shopping together, accompaniment in everyday and leisure activities.
• They support basic care and basic care activities (body care and hygiene).
• They enable meaningful activities and support emotional uneasiness through e.g. the provision of body-oriented offers.
• They are engaged in the construction of the new site, build up the offer there in the team and bring themselves into further development.
• They design the constructive exchange with the client's network.
• They support clients in their communication skills and promote them.
• They support clients in the development of their personal future planning and in the accompanying steps.

Your profile

• Qualified skilled workers with a training as a curative nursein, educatorin, medical education*in or with comparable educational qualifications and professional experience in integration assistance (SGB IX)
• Sovereign appearance and awareness in dealing with clients
• Understanding challenging behavior as an expression of past biographical events/ current circumstances
• They want to contribute to the development of new management strategies
• Valuable and accepting attitude to our clients with challenging behavior; Objective: Identifying strengths and resources
• Interest to continue in crisis intervention methods and supporters communication
• A clear positioning towards empowerment and inclusion
• Open and clear communication, creative ideas and desire to shape yourself
• Structured, independent and reflected mode of operation
