In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a team leader in planning/construction secondary south (m/w/d) at the location Potsdam, Fürstenwalde/Spree or Frankfurt/Oder.

You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of your employees, e.g. through regular feedback and support offers and constantly develop your employees and identify further development needs and tune training measures in this course. The placement of the team goals derived from the company's goals, as well as the management of measures to implement and control the goals, is also your responsibility. The planning and implementation of the protection and control technology for substations is also within your responsibility. You ensure that our project management standards are complied with and ensure compliance with project dates, budget projects and quality standards. You participate in the standardization of secondary technology and ensure compliance with factory standards and processes - for more efficiency in our projects! You represent the company in the region. You operate active interface management, professional exchange and coordination of team- and organizational tasks and processes. You participate in cultural development and change management processes, e.g. in the co-design of a competitive working environment.

You have an academic degree (Diplom/Master) with a focus on electrical engineering/plant engineering or comparable. You bring several years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of projects in the field of protection and control technology, as well as interest in work security, standardization, digitization and automation. You have extensive knowledge in the field of activity, know our business at best from different perspectives and have ideally already gained leadership experience. Safe handling and comprehensive knowledge in the field of IT applications (SAP, MS-Office) is a matter of course for you. You are open to digital change and actively promoting digitalization. Experiences in the management of process-oriented organizational units as well as complex projects, ideally in high voltage, especially in secondary technology, will help you.
