Development and maintenance of SPS software for new and existing machine platforms Programming and optimization of machine sequences and automation functions Development and integration of CNC, drive and control functions Connection of sensors, actuators and other machine components commissioning and testing of new software stands at the machines Systematic analysis and correction of software and control errors Accompanying new functions from prototype to series use Creation and maintenance of the associated software documentation Coordination with electrical design, mechanics, production and service

Qualification as a technician, an education in the field of automation, electrical engineering or mechatronics or a comparable qualification Professional experience in PLC programming in machine or plant engineering Good knowledge of the development and structuring of control software Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting on automated machines Knowledge of control, drive and fieldbus technology Basic knowledge of CNC or motion control systems or readiness for professional deepening Understanding the interaction of software, electrical and mechanics Structured, solution-oriented and careful operation Good English knowledge of word and writing
