Blumenfisch offers jobs for people with disabilities and promotes entry or re-entry into working life at five Berlin locations. These include the guest house and the Schullandheim Blumenfisch am Groß Wannsee, the Blumenfisch Gartenbau in Kreuzberg, the Atelier Blumenfisch and the two specialist shops Blumenfisch floristik and Blumenfisch Design in Prenzlauer Berg, as well as the workshops in Weißensee and in Schöneberg, including the Blumenfisch Store and the Kantine Raststätte. In order to strengthen the team at our Berlin Schöneberg plant, we are looking for a support service from May 2026 as a representative of pregnancy Social worker as a specialist in the accompanying service in parttime (25-30 hours/week)

You have a successfully completed study of social work or an equivalent qualification You have experience in dealing with people with impairments and mental illnesses Experience in crisis intervention is desirable You are characterized by a well-structured and independent way of working Patience, empathy and binding appearance are among your strengths a high level of social competence and an appreciative approach are of course Teamability, resilience and organisational and coordination skills complete your profile
