Content on all channels! With us everything is about content: As a team, we produce any content from magazines through images, print, moving and digital advertising media. We develop our own systems, such as the Lidl design machine, which facilitates our everyday work. We are also responsible for Lidls’ social media channels and their strategic orientation.

As a team leader Social Media at Lidl Deutschland, you are in charge of designing our entire social media performance and influencer marketing together with your team. Under your leadership, the team takes up the latest trends and characters of the platforms and raises our social media channels to the next level. This means that you contribute significantly to the design of our modern brand appearance.

Leadership and further development of team members Further development of the creative performance on our social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube Participation in creative processes and accompanying relevant video productions Coordination of internal and external interfaces (e.g. internal departments, external agencies)

Completed studies, optimally with focus on marketing Multiannual experience in managing and developing employees Relevant knowledge in the field of social media as well as practical experience in managing agencies and accompanying productions Impressed strategic thinking and initiative, as well as the ability to advance several topics at the same time readiness for relevant travel activities
