Competent contact point for and consulting students on examination regulations, deadlines, submissions and examination conditions Technical support of teachers in the planning, control and documentation of audits Organisation of audit procedures, in particular pre- and post-processing, publication of audit results, processing of queries and complaints Participation in the modernization of administrative processes, as well as conceptual development and optimization of processes of testing Expansion of digital management processes in the new campus management program Documentation, Examination Data Management, Reporting, Work for Committee Documents and Participation in Accreditation Processes

Complete university degree (Bachelor or Diplom-FH) of the administrative sciences, employee/administrative course II, economics or equivalent knowledge and experience Experience in higher education, adult education or general administration very good administrative competence and interest in the implementation of high school regulations Safe handling of the MS 365, in particular the Office applications, as well as enjoying the implementation of digital work processes (campus management program) Self-employed and structured working, strong team skills and clear and service-oriented communication Good German language skills (at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
