Senior Physician (m/w/d) for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics

For our multi-professional team we are looking for you as Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full or part-time.

You take over the professional and organizational leadership of your multi-professional team. Specialist treatment of stationary patients, including psychotherapeutic, somatic and spiritual aspects in the context of Christian-integrative therapy. Bring your visions into the conceptual development of our clinic and actively shape the therapeutic orientation and quality assurance. Through the supervision of assistant physicians and psychologists in further education, you pass on your expertise and promote the next generation. Long-term perspective with the option of employment as a senior physician for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics (m/w/d) with appropriate qualifications and professional experience.

Recognition as a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or as a specialist in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy. Management competence: You already have experience in a leading or deputy role and understand how to guide and motivate a team. You identify yourself with the basic idea of the clinic: to introduce psychotherapy on the basis of the Christian faith and the desire to introduce your faith as a vital element in your professional activity. Passion: You burn for a psychotherapy that goes deep and brings high social competence, empathy and a pronounced team orientation. You have the pleasure of promoting employees through supervision, guidance and further training, inspire you for innovative development of therapy and appreciate the self-responsible work in a dedicated, multi-professional team.
