For a well-known company in Ichenhausen we are looking for a technical editor (m/w/d).

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Creation of right-safe, user-oriented user manuals
• Close cooperation with project management
• Testing of the templates of suppliers for accuracy and completeness and, where appropriate, Correction
• Intensive contact with external service providers such as translation agencies and service partners
• Administering translations

Technical requirements

• Complete technical training, experience in the technical editorial office or similar activity
• Found user knowledge of MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
• Preferably user knowledge of SCHEMA ST4, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Versified handling of structured documents, technical understanding
• Self-employed and project implementation
• Good written expression, very good German and good English skills
