At the next possible time, we are looking for you as a quality examiner:in – facility management, cleaning and winter service (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Stuttgart site.

Your tasks:

• You check the cleanliness of systems and equipment and take services by quality measuring system – you are always on the go outside within the station management of Stuttgart
• In case of discrepancies, you agree with the appropriate staff of the facility management and station support and participate in quality steering circles
• Preliminary standards for order, cleanliness and winter service ensure budget-conscious
• You support the development of counter-control measures, commission and review them and their effects in coordination with the respective responsible leaders
• The creation of work plans for quality assurance in coordination with the work area managers: within the respective station management is part of your task
• You regularly control direct performance and evaluate quality control at stations and reception buildings
• Together with competent professionals, you develop practical application techniques and cleaning methods for more effective cleaning and sealing of our stations. You give the results as best practice to your colleagues:

Your Profl:

• You have a successfully completed professional-technical or commercial vocational training, such as a building cleaner/in or real estate businessman/wife
• Professional experience with the focus on cleaning/winter service is advantageous
• You are safe to use the usual software applications like MS Office
• Variety of work places are important to you – regular business trips and outdoor work are not a challenge for you
• A valid license class B is advantageous
• Independently responsible and solution-oriented work, high communication and team skills complete your profile
