Processing and coordination of all import and customs processes Preparation, testing and administration of customs, transit and import documents Coordination with international suppliers on shipping data, document requirements and appointments Organisation and tracking of shipping in cooperation with shipping companies Maintenance and documentation of all import-relevant processes in ERP systems (e.g. orders, containers, shipping and customs documents) Communication with forwarding, customs authorities and external service providers clarification of delays, deviations and customs-related questions Close cooperation with the internal teams Quality Management and Product Development

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of wholesale and foreign trade Professional experience in the field of import, foreign trade or customs processing Safe handling of customs and import documents Very good English skills in word and writing, German safe Experience in handling ERP systems Structured, careful and independent operation Responsibility and communication strength
